The Nazi German Mothers Cross was awarded in 3 grades (Bronze, Silver and Gold), dependant on the number of children mothered for the 'Fatherland'. The medal consists of coloured metal for each grade on a narrow blue and white ribbon. The medal has a facsimily signature of Adolf Hitler and 1938 stamped into the reverse of the award.
